It will become a symbol of Saudi Arabia's technological breakthrough. The latest news about Mukaab is here. Information about business events and services inside the Mukaab skyscraper in New Murabba, announcements, booking hotels. In parallel with the development of new construction projects in open areas of cities, the introduction of construction into existing buildings is one of the key factors affecting the environment at all stages of construction activity - from design to commissioning. Until recently, the main purpose of the construction was to create an artificial environment that provides comfortable living conditions. At the same time, environmental issues were considered more as protection of the new artificial environment from its negative effects. It has only recently begun to actively discuss the reverse impact of construction activities on the natural environment. Although certain aspects of this problem have been studied and resolved as necessary (for example, waste disposal, urban air quality control), construction remains one of the main anthropogenic factors that have a diverse impact on the environment. As a branch of the economy, construction requires a significant amount of resources - raw materials, energy, water, etc., the extraction and use of which have a serious impact on the environment. The data of the source of adverse effects on existing buildings include: violation of insolation and ventilation, drastic changes in the hydrological features of the territory, both for new construction and for nearby existing buildings, a decrease in the number of trees, pollution of water and soil due to industrial emissions and accumulation of municipal waste, dusting, gas and thermal pollution occurs air , etc . The impact of urbanized territories on the surrounding nature and the very quality of the environment on the construction site in the existing building is determined primarily by the solutions laid down in the design, then, respectively, by the quality of execution and then by the operating conditions of the facilities. Based on the analysis carried out, it should be noted that the future nature of the relationship between the object, whether it is new construction, and even more so construction in an existing building, and the surrounding natural environment should mainly be determined at the design stage. The creation of an artificial environment for human life and activity can occur in harmony with nature or in spite of it. Thus, the degree of environmental validity and thoughtfulness of projects largely determines not only the future state of the environment, but also the magnitude of future socially necessary labor costs and funds for the restoration of disturbed natural conditions. Nature protection and improvement of the urban environment in the development of the technical and environmental foundations of the city development, the master plan of the city development, the project of planning and development of the quarter, the street should organically enter into the decision on the choice of territory, development options, functional zoning, development of architectural and planning structure, etc. Human life and the whole society is mainly concentrated in cities. Recently, cities have played a significant role in the life of every country. This is due to a change in the political situation, the global economy and its structure. There is a process of renewal of post-industrial states, they set the pace of globalization. The difficulties of forming the "city" category are largely due to the complexity of socio-economic interactions on the territory of real cities. The problem of deteriorating living conditions in cities arose in the second half of the 19th century in connection with the intensive development of industry and scientific and technological progress. The rapid development and enlargement of industrial cities has led to the need for large quantities of water, food, fuel and building materials. Environmental pollution processes that had escaped from control began to arise everywhere and persistently assert themselves. According to the Polish urbanist, in the middle of the 20th century there was a crisis of cities, which forced a new look at the future model of urban development. A new field of research is emerging in modern economics, dealing with the relationship between natural ecosystems and socio-economic systems in the broadest sense. The ecological economy solves the current human problems, including the problems of building an eco-city. The purpose of our research is to identify trends and trends in the formation of cities of the future based on the principles of sociodynamics. For the first time, the term ecocity was introduced by an American builder and environmentalist. According to the scientist, ecocity is an ecologically clean city. Currently, the definition has been considered in a broad sense and is defined as a city that is able to independently provide itself with food and energy, while the area alienated for construction, and therefore the residential area, should be as minimal as possible. According to the scientist, ecocity is a city built on the principles of environmental friendliness, in ecological balance with nature and not rejected by natural ecosystems, not polluting nature and permeated with green corridors, with niches for the life of wild animals, with eco–friendly buildings and greening of all human activities in the city, with a high quality of life, an environmental education system, education and involvement of all residents in the process of greening their lives and activities. A professor at the Research Center for Environmental Sciences defines an eco-city as an administrative unit with an economically productive and environmentally efficient industry, a systematically responsible and socially harmonious culture, and a physically beautiful and functionally revitalized landscape. The purpose of the development of ecocity, in his opinion, is to plan, design and build a structurally unified city, taking into account the process of its metabolism and functional stability by cultivating an ecological landscape, eco-friendly industry and eco-friendly culture. Thus, in our opinion, an eco–city is a naturally clean city that has an economically productive and socially efficient industry that does not pollute the environment, and also involves the population in the process of greening their livelihoods. For many years, the idea of an eco-city was only proclaimed, but not implemented. The first real eco-city project in the world practice, created in accordance with the provisions of the sustainable development strategy, was presented at the Global Forum. At the beginning of the century, the concept of creating an eco-city was adopted at the global forum. The main goals of creating an environmentally friendly city: 1. Improving the quality of life of the population. Restoration of the biosphere 2. Constant ecological education of people. Increasing the area of green spaces in the city 3. Ensuring the health and safety of residents. Reduction of environmental pollution from the city 4. Achieving energy savings, generally cost-effective housing. Using renewable energy and reducing the consumption of non-renewable energy, non-renewable materials 5. Improving the aesthetic qualities of the city. The perception of the city as a natural component of the natural environment, its inclusion in the ecosystem. Maintaining an ecological balance between developed and natural territories. Based on the concept of creating eco-cities, we will present the basic criteria for creating a city of the future. The eco-city should be: 1. "Transparent" for the flows of energy, matter, and movement of living beings: – vertically – for the penetration of precipitation into the soil, insolation; – horizontally – for the migration of representatives of flora and fauna, the movement of residents of the settlement and surrounding settlements, ventilation. 2. Harmoniously integrated into natural ecocycles. This can be done by: – restoring disturbed flora and fauna in the city and in the adjacent area; – increasing the intensity of biological processes in the urban environment; – increasing biodiversity in the city; – increasing the soil layer in places of intensive house gardening (based on the principles of permaculture, biointensive agriculture); – design and construction of buildings taking into account the full cycle of use of building materials (from their extraction, production and use in construction, to recycling and final disposal in a form acceptable to nature). 3. Biopositive, that is, attractive and adapted for the development of plants and animals on the territory of an eco-city in close proximity to humans. 4. Ensuring effective interaction between the three main components of the human habitat in the city, such as – "natural framework" (parks, squares, boulevards, forests, river valleys and other landscape formations); – "technogenic framework" (its transport, engineering infrastructure); – "urban fabric" (territories occupied by urban development). The natural and man-made framework of the settlement should have the property of continuity in the space of the city, for which they should not intersect at the same level. 5. Using: – the surface of the earth to accommodate elements of the urban environment that require contact with wildlife (housing, work, recreation); – underground space for elements that do not require contact with wildlife (human life support systems: engineering and transport infrastructure, external transport zone, communal storage area, industrial enterprises, etc. etc.). 6. Equipped with decentralized, autonomous life support systems: – local heat supply using renewable energy sources; – local electricity supply using alternative energy sources, small power plants; – local food production (in greenhouses, house plots); – rainwater collection, use and recycling systems for technical needs; – local wastewater treatment, waste recycling. 7. Designed for a variety of lifestyles of citizens. People should be able to choose different types of housing to live in the city. That is, there should be – well–maintained apartments in urbanized neighborhoods, districts; – apartments with a garden in a blockaded house with a plot; - apartments or cottages with plots for intensive gardening and gardening. 8. Focused on the use of local building materials: wood, stone, ceramics... These materials belong to the category of environmentally friendly. They are relatively cheap, affordable and harmless to humans; they are easily recycled and disposed of. 9. Built using local, regional aesthetic traditions in architecture. This should be reflected in all components of the settlement: in the spatial structure of the city, in the organization of the residential environment, the architecture of its buildings, their decor, decoration, in the subject and household design. The main task to be solved when creating an eco-city should be its organic inclusion in the course of the natural processes of the territory. Conditions must be created here for the normal exercise of the most important social functions in the family, team, and society. And finally, the eco-city should become a generator of cultural processes taking place in the urban economy system. Let's consider the main sociodynamic functions of an eco-city: 1. Organizational and technological: - the work of industrial enterprises in the form of a closed cycle with maximum return to technological processes of the resulting gaseous, liquid and solid waste; - the use of energy-saving technologies; - ensuring the recycling of household waste; - the use of environmentally friendly road transport; - construction of low-rise buildings, use of underground space for warehouses, garages, parking lots, thermal energy accumulators and landscaping of vertical and horizontal surfaces of buildings and structures (roofs-lawns, walls-lawns, landscaped fences, lighting poles); - designing apartments with access to winter gardens, verandas, creating cozy, landscaped courtyards with gazebos and collective fruit orchards; 2. Social: - participation of every resident of the city in the design, construction and decoration of an eco-house; - creation of an eco-center for environmental education and upbringing of the population with cinemas, lecture halls, exhibitions, video centers, eco-game rooms, pet shelters, aquariums, greenhouses, greenhouses. According to the Canadian scientist, there are 3 types of eco-cities 1. The goal of type I is to increase or preserve the urban natural environment so that the environment is greener, more diverse, and more friendly for urban residents. The main objectives are to increase the number and quality of pedestrian zones, preserve agricultural land, identify environmentally sensitive areas, and create natural parks for citizens to relax. 2. Eco-cities "Transcending limits" - cities concerned about overcoming biophysical limits so that economic growth and increased consumption levels can be sustainable. The problems of type II cities are a shortage of land for housing, air pollution, shortage of fresh water, crowded roads, deterioration of water quality in a local river or lake, unreliability of energy and fuel. The emphasis is on increasing the capacity of the infrastructure in order to meet long-term plans for economic growth. The main task of this type of eco-city is a well-developed transport infrastructure, a water supply and sewerage system, and waste recycling. This should lead to less pollution of the air and water environment. 3. "Healthy" eco–cities that include elements of sustainable development in their plans, recognizing the interests of future generations. Eco-city planning is becoming an important task of the state's social policy. Historically, the urban environment has always been pushed into the background in an effort to achieve a short-term socio-economic goal. The third type includes economic and social benefits while ensuring long-term environmental health, resource management and adaptability of the natural environment. Thus, the task of the eco-city is to ensure a high quality of life for the population in the city, in the region, in the country and on the planet. The emergence of Saudi Arabia as a modern unified state was a development of recent origin. The consolidation of the state apparatus over a large country with a small population spread over a vast territory, and the creation of the country's physical and fiscal infrastructure on the most efficient and modern lines in a relatively short period of time has become a remarkable achievement. The simultaneous development of the legal and institutional framework of finance and trade over four decades has been no less burdensome. The basic framework was laid some time ago, and in recent decades the institutional framework has evolved to support the development of the modern economy. At the beginning of this century, several foreign trading houses (including the Algemene Bank Nederland trading division) and exchange offices provided most of the financial services to meet the needs of the trading community and pilgrims, who were the main sources of financing. in economics. The demand for commercial credit lagged behind the growing liquidity available in the banking system, and it was easy to obtain inexpensive medium- and long-term loans from budget credit institutions. Remaining gaps, despite the growth, significant gaps remained in the provision of banking and financial services. Some of the key gaps are included; small businesses had limited access to loans; verification facilities were limited to cash withdrawals; foreign currency transfers were absent or carried out mainly by exchange offices; There were not enough consumer loans and funds for small depositors; banking methods were outdated; computer technology did not exist; and the information exchange system was based on the regional level. The main disadvantage at that time was the dependence of banks on foreign specialists and the shortage of Saudi citizens in the banking business. Thus, Saudi banks and the authorities are faced with the problem of eliminating these shortcomings. Banking problems and consolidation. The decade has been a tumultuous and testing period for Saudi banks and the banking system. Due to the huge increase in government revenues and the subsequent slowdown, commercial banks experienced rapid growth, followed by a difficult period of adjustment, deterioration in asset quality and contraction. New measures to strengthen the financial sector after the merger of the three remaining branches of foreign banks in the United Saudi Commercial Bank, the conversion process has been completed. Objectives: to develop a plan that will contribute to the development of urban infrastructure through a vertical spatial structure of construction. – "Vertical City". I will consider and develop the concept of a vertical spatial structure of this kind, the history of the first skyscrapers and the formation of high-rise cities from them, identify the advantages and disadvantages of vertical construction projects, consider various construction technologies for high-rise buildings, also study the world experience, studying already implemented projects and modern buildings, we look at the reaction of modern society to this an innovative project. Achieved results: development of a more rational urban infrastructure, through "trial and error", identification of negative aspects and positive sides. However, before talking about the concept of a sky-scraping city, their history, etc. The initial need to look at the very concept of high-rise buildings and what they are. And so, a skyscraper is considered to be very tall multi-storey buildings of residential, office, industrial or multifunctional buildings. The minimum height of a skyscraper building is from 100 m, which is approximately 26 floors. Buildings from 300 m. they are considered ultra-high, and the tallest skyscrapers, whose height goes from 600 m. they are called "mega-high". The architectural component of such high-rise buildings consists of huge vertical shapes and parameters that are many times higher than the horizontal ones. Skyscrapers are among the most complex types of architectural structures. The first skyscrapers appeared relatively recently due to the high requirements for their construction and the lack of special technologies for this. In this way, we turn to the history of the first high-rise buildings and skyscraper cities. Since each building is unique, its model is tested in wind tunnels to determine the effect of wind loads, as well as the effect of wind vortices on nearby buildings. Cross braces can be used to stiffen a building in horizontal directions to prevent damage. When designing a skyscraper, engineers must take into account the deviation of the building from the vertical axis so that the architectural components of the decoration are not damaged. Designing a high-rise building becomes a huge problem if the structure is located in a seismically active area. Earthquakes act more on the lower part of the building, on the base. Therefore, the foundation must be massive and deeply buried. All high-rise buildings, from cathedrals to skyscrapers, remain stable in an upright position due to the fact that their center of gravity is below ground level. The center of gravity affects the balance. Reinforced concrete is one of the most important components of high-rise buildings. It consists of concrete (artificial stone consisting of water, cement, small and large aggregates) and steel (an alloy of iron with carbon). Steel prevents concrete from breaking when bending, concrete withstands heavy compression loads The main stages of the construction of high-rise buildings. Preparation of the construction site. Development of the soil for the base. The depth of laying of both the pile foundation and the foundation plate depends on the strength properties of the soil, to which the entire building will transfer its loads. To prevent water from entering the pit and wells, a trench is dug along the perimeter of the building, into which clay is laid so that it, in turn, does not let water through and prevents the destruction of retaining walls. When the pit is dug to the planned mark, reinforcing frames are lowered into it and concrete is poured. In some cases, rocks lie shallow from the surface of the earth. Then the soil is extracted from above the rocks, wells are drilled in the rocky soils and foundations are arranged. If the rocks are very deep, then piles are arranged to such a depth until the pile is fixed in the rocky ground. There are several methods of building piles in rocky ground: 1. drilling a well through unstable soils to rocks, lowering the steel frame and filling the well with concrete (drilling piles); 2. driving the pile with a sequential increase in its own weight to rocks. A foundation plate is placed on top of the piles to evenly distribute the loads. Simultaneously with the construction of the overlying floors, workers carry out finishing work on the underlying floors. This allows the most efficient use of time and reduces construction time. Concrete is often used to build the core of a building's rigidity, and it can also be used to build support columns. It is most advisable to use sliding formwork, which also reduces the construction time at the time. In a world where innovation is replacing each other at a staggering rate, technology exhibitions are becoming an integral forum where ideas turn into reality and the future begins to take shape right before our eyes. The rapid development of business tourism has been observed in the world, which was caused by such factors as:  economic growth in both developed and developing countries;  expansion of the free trade zone;  popularization of motor transport against the background of mass production of cars, the development and improvement of aircraft for passenger air transportation, the emergence of high–speed rail transport;  the phenomenon of globalization and the emergence of TNCs, the growing need to launch products in other markets;  the emergence of new sectors of the economy, such as IT, requiring global marketing and customer support;  an increase in the number of professional, industry associations and communities;  the need for additional training of employees due to the constant development of technology, increasing demand for trainings and educational courses and seminars;  the development of the exhibition business;  the emergence of new services such as business class flights;  the emergence of incentive tourism in the wake of the popularity of theories from the field of personnel management about the need to stimulate and encourage employees, the emergence of specialized MICE agencies and incentive programs;  The growth of international cooperation in the field of education, intensive exchange of students and teachers, an increase in the number of meetings and visits at all levels. A special study conducted by Oxford University economists on behalf of WTTC showed that:  the growth of business travel contributed to the creation of more than 40 million jobs, which is 20% of global employment growth;  if business travel is reduced by 25% for two consecutive years, then global GDP will be 5% lower, as a result which will result in 30 million fewer jobs, with an average loss of 1% of global employment;  Business travel improves corporate productivity by getting a 10:1 return on investment;  Business tourism is an integral part of international trade and it is estimated that one third of world trade in recent decades has been driven by international business travel. Over the past few years, the demand for services in the corporate and incentive tours industry has been growing worldwide. Company executives make extensive use of various types of training, encouragement and incentives for their employees or partners. The situation has changed somewhat with the crisis. On the one hand, companies began to use budgets more sparingly, but, on the other, it became clear that large firms would not give up business trips abroad. Currently, the need for business tourism has increased significantly, as companies need business meetings to conclude agreements, conferences and congresses to exchange views on the state of affairs in the market, and search for new opportunities. The modern business center of the Global South is a unique fusion of traditions and innovations, where a dynamic business environment is adjacent to a vibrant cultural palette.
